Premium questions

Before you subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On Android, from Subscriptions in Google Play. On the web, from your payment account. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

Who can get the 7-day trial?

Accounts that Google Play or Stripe considers eligible, usually those that have never had a trial. The Premium screen in the app tells you whether the trial is offered to you.

Does Premium work on both the web and Android?

Yes. Premium is tied to your Kognify account: subscribe on Android or on the web, and enjoy it wherever you sign in.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes. Choose the other plan from the Premium screen in the app; Google Play or Stripe applies the change according to its billing rules.

What happens if I stop Premium?

You go back to the free version. Your progress, scores, streak and badges stay on your account.
