Kognify

Last updated: September 26, 2026

1. Purpose

These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Sales Terms") govern the purchase and use of Premium subscription features, virtual items (Gems), and related services ("Services") offered by Kognify.

2. Products and Services

Kognify offers the following products and services:

2.1 Premium Subscription

Unlimited sessions, access to the full catalog (60+ games, including the games reserved for Premium subscribers), 2× XP, advanced statistics, ad-free experience, Premium themes, Zen mode, global leaderboards and advanced use of the Kogi coach. A 7-day free trial may be offered to eligible accounts (see 3.2).

2.2 Gems (In-app Rewards)

In-app rewards used to purchase cosmetic items in the shop (themes, avatars, badges) or to unlock a temporary trial of a Premium game (see 2.3). Gems have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

2.3 Free Version

The application can be used free of charge, with ads, within the following limits: 1 session per day on weekdays and 2 sessions per day on weekends, plus 1 extra session per day by watching a rewarded ad; access to the free games in the catalog; a 24-hour trial of one Premium game once a week (by watching an ad or for 50 gems); one Premium game offered each week to users signed in to an account. The conditions in force are displayed in the application.

3. Pricing and Payment Methods

All prices are displayed in your local currency before any purchase. Prices may vary depending on your country and are subject to applicable local taxes. For reference, the Premium subscription is offered in France at €47.99 per year or €8.99 per month, VAT included. The local price displayed by Google Play or on the Stripe payment page at the time of purchase prevails.

3.1 Payment via Google Play or Stripe

On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing: payment is collected by Google, under Google Play's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you accept. Taxes are handled by Google Play according to your country of residence.

On the web, purchases are paid by card through Stripe Checkout: payment is collected by Domoveillance through its payment provider Stripe, which processes your card details. Kognify does not receive or store your card details.

3.2 Free Trial

An optional 7-day free trial may be offered to you if your account is eligible according to Google Play or Stripe. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No amount is charged during the trial. At the end of the 7 days, the subscription automatically renews at the price displayed when you subscribed, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel the trial at any time (see 4.2).

3.3 Promotional Offers and Win-back Offer

A former subscriber may receive, once only, between 24 hours and 30 days after the end of their subscription, an offer to resubscribe at a reduced price (Google Play offer or discount applied on Stripe). The reduced price, how long it applies and the renewal price that applies afterwards are displayed before confirmation. This offer cannot be combined with a free trial or with another promotional code.

4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Premium is a recurring subscription that auto-renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled.

4.1 Auto-Renewal Terms

4.2 Canceling Your Subscription

Subscription purchased on Android: go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Kognify > Cancel.

Subscription purchased on the web: use "Manage subscription" from your Kognify profile on the web, which opens the Stripe customer portal, or email us at [email protected].

Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period (or of the current trial), and you will retain access to Premium features until then.

5. Refunds

Purchases on Android: refunds for Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are governed by Google Play's refund policy. A request can usually be made directly to Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. After that, you can contact us at [email protected]; requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Purchases on the web (Stripe): refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with proof of purchase; they are handled on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, the refund is made to the card used for the purchase.

These terms apply without prejudice to the right of withdrawal described in section 6.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU and Other Jurisdictions)

Consumer protection laws in certain regions grant you a withdrawal period:

6.1 European Union

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. However, if you have actively used digital content (games, services), you may forfeit this right.

6.2 United States (California)

California consumers may be entitled to a 30-day refund period under state law. Contact Google Play support (purchases on Android) or email us at [email protected] (purchases on the web) for details.

6.3 Other Countries

Withdrawal rights may apply depending on your country of residence. Check your local consumer protection laws.
